Hello The problem we are having is with a Stryker SmartPump model The Unit Starts up and while it goes through its diagnostics it alarms and gives error The less than helpful manual says it could be. We have taken it apart and looked for obvious leaks and cleaned all valves and plug contacts. We have no schematics or real service manual for this and Stryker will not provide them. We would like to know if someone has a solution for this problem or a link to have this resolved.
Thank You for your time and effort. I have no solution, but I will say they arent the only Tourniquet on the market. Image Quest has had some luck repairing these units. They have sourced some of the parts directly from the manufacturer that made them for Stryker. They do component level repair on the electronics. They have a flat rate repair that is usually about half the OEM. You can contact them at For Stryker SmartPump Error 27 indicates Memory Error, to repair this you have to send the unit to our Company so we can repair this for fraction of the cost.
